Salsa: what it feels like

Salsa is vibrant, joyful, and full of energy. It's the dance equivalent of a great party — uptempo music, sharp footwork, lots of spins. If you're someone who loves rhythm, expression, and a bit of show, Salsa is your home.

We teach both Cuban-style (more grounded, circular, social) and New York-style (more linear, smooth, slot-based). Beginners typically start with the basics that apply to both, then choose their preferred flavor as they grow.
